We invite an exceptional professional to join our team as Manager Human Resources at Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC in Dankotuwa.
Profile
The position suits a candidate with an exceptional track record in leading a workforce of over 500 personnel, preferably in the manufacturing industry. He /She will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a member of the leadership team. Flair to engage with the management team and a hands-on approach in guiding and leading the HRM team is vital. Experience in driving change while maintaining healthy industrial relations is an advantage. Meticulous attention to detail, follow through and strong interpersonal skills are desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
- Managing the workforce planning and recruitment process within an approved budget.
- Leading the performance management process.
- Analyzing training needs, designing and executing annual training plan.
- Developing a succession framework and executing development plans.
- Managing compensation and rewards in relation to performance.
- Fostering an engaged workforce through initiatives to ensure employee wellbeing and enhancing employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and/or Professional Qualification in HRM
- Proficiency in HRIS
- Proficiency in labor law and recent amendments
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing and presenting data for decision making
Experience
- Over 8 years of experience in a leadership role in HRM preferably in the manufacturing industry
