Human Resources Manager
- We are looking for a dynamic, driven, qualified, HR Administrator that can assist our team in Australia with the following core functions
- Support the HR/Payroll team with data entry and system audits.
- Assist with coordinating, updating and maintaining HR/Employee compliance data in the HRIS.
- Support the Payroll Manager and Group HR Manager by the provision of accuracy of information, updates and audits between the HRIS, Payroll System and Employee files.
- Assist the HR /Payroll team in the development and implementation of specific resources such as HR templates, internal processes / process maps, forms and checklists.
- Assist with distribution of On-Boarding activities.
- Central coordination point for Application Tracking System for Recruitment and Selection activities (including advertising portals, socials and career pages)
- Managing Exits – assisting with off boarding activities in the HRIS, IT and payroll as appropriate.
- Provide administration support to the Human Resources and Payroll team members (WH&S, Recruitment, Learning & Development).
- Assist with the monthly Newsletter and other communications.
- Assist in the coordination of the National employee value proposition (coordinating activities, fund raising collateral, marketing activities, liaising with charity / group, etc).
- Other adhoc activities as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in offshore HR coordination and related work for overseas organizations
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Chartered Qualification in HRM
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
