Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for the corporate office.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide coaching and support to management and employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Foster a diversity, equity, and inclusion culture within the organization and its associate companies.
- Handle HR-related documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- To be capable of overseeing the entire HR Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Eight years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, report writing, and presentation skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of working in an HRIS system-driven workplace.
- The ability to supervise a young and dynamic team of HR professionals.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
