IT Executive – Cinnamon Wild, Yala / Trinco Blu by Cinnamon

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Executive to join our teams at Cinnamon Wild, Yala and Trinco Blu by Cinnamon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, the much-anticipated US$1 Billion – Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is added to its portfolio, opening in late 2022. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

The IT Executive will be accountable for executing the system administration strategy to ensure a smooth day to day business operation and effective user experience. You will be collaborating with Group IT to ensure security compliance is achieved and provide necessary infrastructure and application support while adhering to IT policies. While actively involved in PC/ Server Patching, you will be managing Azure tenant, including SaaS, and PaaS. Furthermore, you will implement and update LOB applications while attending to troubleshooting whenever necessary. Furthermore, you will assist the regular infrastructure hardware and software maintenance and perform MS SQL Database Maintenance and performance tuning effectively.

Are you adaptable yet driven to explore emerging technologies? Do you Possess In-depth knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems in the Active Directory environment? Are you acquainted with Virtualization, cloud computing, wireless technologies, mobile platforms, MS Azure, SCCM and Patch Manager console management?
