The IT Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure at CWIT and ensures adherence to compliance and security, budget control and asset management. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible to oversee the implementation of ICT projects that are solutions to business problems and to provide support to new initiatives to bring a competitive advantage to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Qualifications & Competencies Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences / Technology
• 5 to 6+ years of relevant experience in IT administration
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
