Intern – Channel Finance

The Job

· Responsible to support on preparing daily and monthly partner commissions, validation via business control and communicating on timely and accurate manner

· Should support on validating and processing partner invoices for payments within strict deadlines

· Responsible for regional and national promotion related proposal validation and processing payments while adhering to set guidelines.

· Should assist 50 plus partners on pending payment queries, coordinating with team members and finance to resolve issues

· Responsible for collating data and preparation of reports for management review

· Should support on validating, coordinating and issue resolving relating to automation of daily commission.

The Person

· Should possess a Professional qualification / Diploma or an undergraduate Degree in Finance / Accounting or related from a recognized university or Institute

· Pass A/L with commerce background

· A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges

· Ability to prioritize assignments to result in efficient and deadline sensitive duties

· Sound knowledge in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications

· Verbal & Written communication capabilities in English & Sinhala
