Cloud Fulfillment & Provisioning exists within the Global Cloud Operations organization. The role forms as part of the CF&P team, which reports to the Director Cloud Services and Security who is responsible for the operational and people management aspects of the team. An intern in the team will engage in fulfilling customer requirements and also making sure the availability of the service requested following defined standards as per, the governance and security best practices of the organization.

1. Validating and configuring IFS Solutions to our Customers
2. Responding to customer and partners in support service requests or collaborate with the concern teams.
3. Initial provisioning support for required Cloud infrastructure as per the request made by the stakeholders.
4. Maintaining good client relations.
5. Adhering to set SLAs/OLAs
