About the job

You will be responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the collections of the business operations. . Candidates that do well in this position possess strong attention to detail along with business acumen fueled by sharp analytical skills.

What will you do?

• Communicating via emails/calls/F2F with clients to understand the challenges of clearing outstanding
• Handling client enquiries and providing adequate resolutions or escalating to the relevant authorize representative of the clients
• Daily/weekly follow up with clients regarding missed monthly payments
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Maintaining accurate customer records, keeping track of any payment updates and collecting the payments in the given time frame
• Providing administrative assistance to the team
• Assisting in reconciliation of reports
• Coming up with a best suited work process

What skills and experience you will need?

• Reading for a Degree in Business Management /Administration /Finance or similar field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ambitious, detailed results and customer oriented individual, with a ‘can-do’ mindset and ready to learn on the job and take on challenges
