Intern – Data Analyst-(Dialog Axiata PLC)

• Duration : 03 – 11 months

The Job

•Attend for development of Analytics at the EDGE project

•Development of dashboard

•Facilitating operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor

•Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis

•Synthesize research findings in easy to understand terms for the business

•Apply simple problem-solving methodologies to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems

•Recommends resource requirements and collaborates with relevant stakeholders

•Provide business metrics for the overall project to show improvements

•Implements enhancements and fixes to systems as needed

•Communicates and works with business subject matter experts

The Person

•Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

•Passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis

•Knowledge in SQL / DBMS / Advanced MS Excel / Tableau skills & advanced analytics and statistic will be an added Advantage

•Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms

•Hands on experience with toolkits -R/Python (or any other equivalent)

•Data visualization and communication skills

Data engineering in different environments (data warehouse/big data/cloud storage)

•Continuous learner actively seeking to update knowledge

•Project Management skills
