The Job
• Responsible to coordinate and support in executing culture employee engagement activities
• Should assist in designing communications creatively
• Should support the team to carry out initiatives and activities targeting culture change
• Responsible to Research, study, analyze and present topics related to culture, employee engagement and experience
• Should assist the team in the culture transformation project, follow up and track it’s progress
The Person
• Currently following a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
• Skills in graphic designing will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge on project management
• Experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Excel
• An individual who is creative and innovative
• Possess an excellent command in both spoken and written in English
• Basic knowledge/ experience on Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage
