The Job:
- Managing Divisional Engagement Activities
- Coordinate All knowledge sharing sessions, organizing, creating EDM’s, etc
- Training Coordination with CXO-1 – identification of training and content creation with facilitators
- Marketing Business Transformation related work, JD creation, Talent profile creation
- Project management – JIRA updates for HR GCMO portfolio
- Performance Monitoring & Tracking
- Marketing Academy build up coordination
Entry Requirements
The Person:
- Good track record of secondary education
- Should possess a degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management / Business Management from a recognized university or institute
- Basic knowledge on HR functions and computer literacy
- Possess an excellent command in both spoken and written English
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges with a passion for learning and innovation
