Your Mission:
• Get involved in end-to-end recruitment process
• Support our onboarding processes from an administrative point of view
• Create, manage and organise all employe-related documents like contracts, offering letters, reference letters and service letters
• Prepare & send payroll/payslips to employees
• Organising internal meetings, events and gatherings
• Arranging monthly feedback calls with employees
• Improve employee brand awareness by Posting content across social media accounts
Required Skills:
• A people-person, enthusiastic to keep the team as a solid unit
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss issues with the team
• Fluent in written and verbal skills in English
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Passionate about technology and able to work with various tools/software
• Experiences in the HR field and administrative would be a plus
• A basic understanding of social media is an advantage
