Key purpose of the Job
You will be reporting to the Deputy Head of the Centre for Apparel Technology & Business Excellence and support daily learning and development activities. The Intern – Learning & Development Projects will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that designated administrative tasks are effectively carried out in order to deliver learning and development-related projects to the Brandix Group. This includes ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed time frame, budget, and quality parameters, while also meeting the expectations of the stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of the tailored and impactful learning initiatives to the Brandix Group
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (trainers, participants, L&D executives) to ensure the seamless execution of physical and virtual training sessions
- Assisting with the execution of development/assessment centres by providing administrative support and aid with the logistics of these activities
- Coordinating and preparing training materials for the physical and virtual sessions
- Ensuring a seamless feedback mechanism system for both physical and virtual sessions, and analysing and disseminating the results to relevant stakeholders, in order to guarantee the quality of the session
- Assisting with the institute’s digital learning platform
Education
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/completed degree or diploma – Business Management/Administration/Human Resources
Experience
Demonstrate interest in adult learning and training program management
Ability to work in a team and independently on projects and tasks
Experience using Microsoft Office
Demonstrate leadership, versatility and integrity
