About the job
The Job
- Developing and deploying customer Rewarding, Retention & Usage /Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies to maximize customer value through analytics.
- Designing Communication Strategies (Online, Web,App, SMS, OBD, emails, digital media campaigns) for Genie and Ezcash products to drive acquisition and retention.
- Executing the campaigns through the targeted segments and managing the content strategy for CVM campaigns.
- Developing cross and upsell campaign to drive leads/prospects and predictive models.
- Closely working with cross functional teams to test propositions/concepts and post launch tracks of fintech products and services.
- Conducting post campaign analysis.
- Managing complex campaign creations and management tools.
The Person
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Comfortability asking questions and following directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and energetic person.
Note that the initial internship contract would be for a period of 6 months, and has the option to be extended up to 11 months depending on your availability and performance. You will also receive an allowance of Rs. 15,000/= per month during the internship period.
