JOB AND CONTEXT

Assisting the Global Operations team in coordinating the processes and operations of the organization across multiple departments (E.g. Foreign Travel Desk, Internal Support, Administration, etc.), in alignment with the business strategies of ADL.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the foreign travel requirements of ADL employees
• Work closely with Department Heads, Country Heads, BU Heads, Project Managers, Practice Heads, suppliers & clients as necessary
• Maintain processes for utilization of resources & efficiency tracking (Task Tracker)
• Assist in the preparation of department budgets
• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports as and when required

Internship Period: 6 to 11 months
