Intern – Project Management

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, Timesheets, and budgets.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
• Preparing project presentation materials and providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Ensuring projects adherence to the process frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Skills/ Knowledge

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competency and awareness in MS Office, MS Project & JIRA.
• Knowledge in Project Management frameworks Such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead and drive project activities.
• Ability to Coordinate and facilitate project operation.
• Good Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field
