About the job

• Assist PM Executive to Plan, Execute and Control CSI projects
• Facilitate Service Managers to conduct monthly service review meetings
• Generate ITSM statistics of LiveOps division
• Conduct Documentation Internal Audits
• Assisting ISO internal and external audits
• Act as the admin for Jira Service Desk Projects
• Manage and update Knowledge documents
• Conduct Incident Management Maturity Score reviews
