Intern – Talent Management (HR)
We are looking for an Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Management team’s daily activities. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches employee management and development, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Support employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Facilitate and assist on performance management process
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in implementation of human resource initiatives and other company settings
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Prior internship experience of at least 06 months
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BSc / professional qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field
