The Role

• Assist in installing, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software systems according to company policies
• Identifying possible upgrades/improvements to optimize performance
• Providing technical and front-end support to the users and networks, and other computing platforms
• Augmented with on-the-job training and mentoring – with exposure to other core functions

The Person

• Currently following an academic/professional qualification related to Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Must have a strong interest in Tech
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English), analytical, and technical skills
