Key purpose of the Job

The role holder will support the Group Engineering Head, Group Engineering pillar heads and other Engineering functional stakeholders by providing performance analytics to support business decision making and assisting implementation of group Engineering functional requirements such as; Automation, planning and execution of special projects and R&D. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving function governance framework;
– Functional risk management
– KPI management and reporting
– Operational Updates to Group Head of Engineering
– Facilitation of functional presentations to the Board
2. Engage in special digitalization projects
3. Work with cross functional teams and carryout analytics to aid management decisions
