Description
The Job:
- Assisting the team to drive performance management processes
- Preparing status reports for ongoing performance management processes
- Maintain up-to-date employee data on the performance management platform
- Handling routine employee queries
- Assist in performance management audits and follow-up on corrective actions
- Maintaining audit logs
- Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor
- Assisting the team on special HR projects
Entry Requirements
The Person:
- Good track record of secondary education.
- Should possess a degree or full / part professional qualifications in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or Institute.
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
