Key purpose of the Job

The role holder is responsible for implementing the assigned Digital Transformation projects in collaboration with Project Consultants, Contractors and Facility Engineers of the Company. You will be reporting to the Plant’s Human Resource Manager. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing project plans for assigned Digital Transformation Projects
2. Liaising with Project Consultants, Contractors and external authorities for effective digital project implementation.
3. Work on change management projects  to enhance digital mindset & related competencies across plant associates, staff & executives.
4. Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders for achievement of project objectives.
