Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry

Competencies & Attributes Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowing both Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide application support and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
  • Developing strong understanding on the application
  • Handle Communication with internal and external clients from ticket opening to full ticket resolution
  • Identify areas that requires to be enhanced / additional training
  • Co-ordination with various departments for solving the issues time-to-time
