IT Support Executive [Trainee]
We are small home based fast growing IT company and we have a vacancy for a IT Support Executive [Trainee] – Part time commencing immediately.
You will be the final escalation point on technical matters and you will be expected to assist field service team and helpdesk. You will also be expected to take helpdesk calls when an over flow of work occurs. This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
0365 email management and fixing issues
Network issues fixing
Action requests received via, emails, support tickets and other forms of communication.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
Handle level 2 and 3 technical escalations
Assist helpdesk overflows
Adhere to company policies and manage of all customer issues
Implementation of servers and network infrastructure
Recovery of servers and dates in disasters
Implementation of cloud infrastructure and maintenance
To be successful in this role you must have at least four of the following attributes:
Experienced in Hyper or VM Ware
Experienced in backup systems and recovery-Preferably Storage Craft or Acronis
Experienced in spam filters, virus scanners and cyber security
Experienced is cloud products such as Office 365, Azure, Ms Teams, SharePoint
