Junior Accounts Executive
• Verify and post account transactions in general ledger to record purchases.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy.
• Create and maintain office forms and procedures to assist with administrative tasks & other administrative functions.
• Track freight and forwarding bills to arrange payments from Head Office.
• Maintain petty cash of the factory and ensure tamely reimbursement of the same.
• Track, check the accuracy and arrange payments for expenses related to the operation.
