Junior Executive – Digital Payment, Vacancies At Daraz, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We seek a young, vibrant & passionate individual for Daraz Digital Payments Team who is interested in mobile wallets and FinTech solutions.

Job Description

• Attend to customer complaints with regards to Daraz Points on a daily basis
• Coordination of manual disbursements of all Daraz Points disbursements (BPG/ refunds/ top-up bonus)
• Coordination between Finance, CS, and other relevant teams to ensure the disbursement process is aligned per SOP
• Supporting the digital payments team with day-to-day operations
• Assist with team data requirements
• Assist with weekly Points offer communications
• Assist the team with any other related work when required

Candidate Requirements

• Successfully completed a Higher Diploma or a Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good Collaboration and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
• Team player with an attitude to learn beyond what his/her expertise offers
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated
