Junior Executive Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Assisting in recruitment process for recruiting the right candidate on time.
- Handling EPF and ETF enrollment and coordinate with Labour Department if necessary.
- Monitoring and generation of Leave, Time and Attendance reports through the system as per the management requirement on daily basis.
- Database management and to keep a close tab on confirmations, promotions, transfers etc…
- Handling payroll keeping all documentation inline.
- Submitting of HR and Admin related management reports as and when necessary.
- Maintaining of Personal files & subject files as per the company policy.
Qualifications
- Computer Literacy with good command in MS office applications.
- Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Dispute management and staff mentoring
- Liaising with Employees Federation Council for legal matters
- Age should be below 30 years
