The Role

• Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware, and software components.
• Perform hardware and software maintenance / upgrades to achieve optimum performance level.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions.
• Update software antivirus on regular basis.
• Provide technical and front-end support to the users, and networks and other computing platforms.
• Provide awareness and training to users.
• Augmented with On-the-Job Training and Mentoring

The Person

• Degree in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 Years prior experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken English), analytical, and technical skills
