Junior HR Assistant
We are looking to add a Junior HR Assistant/Executive to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience of HR experience, however, fresh graduates interested in a career in HR are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for different administrative activities for the HR department – such as talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Ensure employee profile information, org charts, documents and manuals are kept current, accurate and in compliance with company policies.
- Update candidate records and job postings.
- Maintain and manage recruitment platform.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee information in HR platform.
- Liaise with Heads of Departments to schedule candidate interviews.
- Attend or conduct screening interviews when required.
- Constantly review processes and aim for process improvement.
- Assist in setting up and ideating employee engagement activities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Must be highly fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in Sinhala (verbal, written is not required)
- A people person that can talk to a diverse set of people and help assist them with their HR queries
- Familiarity with HR and Recruiting platforms will be highly advantageous
- A solid understanding of policy documentation and HR practices
- Previous experience at a tech company would be highly advantageous
