Junior HR Executive

Engage Financial Solutions is an Australian-based, multi-sourcing financial services provider specialising in paraplanning and administration services for our clients in Australia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

What would you be doing?

  • Manage & be responsible for overall HR operations of the company
  • Adhere to the recruitment and selection process adopted by the company, in a timely manner.
  • Document, maintain and update personal files of employees
  • Assist in managing leave, attendance and monthly payroll system
  • Deliver statutory reporting requirements such as EPF/ETF, timely and accurately
  • Coordinate with Chief Operating Officer to create training and development programs and employee evaluation.
  • Assist to conducting performance appraisals with the Chief Operating Officer
  • Provide any other required HR related management information as and when required.
  • Assist with other day to day operations of the HR functions and actively participate in all welfare activities of the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the team when needed

Do you make the cut?

  • Age between 21-35
  • Possess a degree in Human Resources from a recognized university or PQHRM or relevant qualification.
  • Preferably minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity will be essential and prior working experience in KPO/BPO services will be an added advantage.
  • In depth understanding of Sri Lankan labour laws and other regulations.
  • Excellent English and Sinhala reading, writing, speaking and negotiating skills
  • Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • A high attention to detail and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills the ability multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Good problem solving skills
  • A positive attitude with a desire to work collaboratively in a small team environment
