Engage Financial Solutions is an Australian-based, multi-sourcing financial services provider specialising in paraplanning and administration services for our clients in Australia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
What would you be doing?
- Manage & be responsible for overall HR operations of the company
- Adhere to the recruitment and selection process adopted by the company, in a timely manner.
- Document, maintain and update personal files of employees
- Assist in managing leave, attendance and monthly payroll system
- Deliver statutory reporting requirements such as EPF/ETF, timely and accurately
- Coordinate with Chief Operating Officer to create training and development programs and employee evaluation.
- Assist to conducting performance appraisals with the Chief Operating Officer
- Provide any other required HR related management information as and when required.
- Assist with other day to day operations of the HR functions and actively participate in all welfare activities of the company.
- Provide administrative support to the team when needed
Do you make the cut?
- Age between 21-35
- Possess a degree in Human Resources from a recognized university or PQHRM or relevant qualification.
- Preferably minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity will be essential and prior working experience in KPO/BPO services will be an added advantage.
- In depth understanding of Sri Lankan labour laws and other regulations.
- Excellent English and Sinhala reading, writing, speaking and negotiating skills
- Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- A high attention to detail and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills the ability multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Good problem solving skills
- A positive attitude with a desire to work collaboratively in a small team environment
