Key Account/Project Manager – Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
6IXSENSES Digital Transformation Inc. is an e-commerce and digital strategy company based in Toronto, Canada, with offices in Sri Lanka, India and New Zealand.
Key areas of service: eCommerce design, development, implementation, digital marketing, web development, marketing and brand communications, strategy and technology consulting and implementation.
We seek a dynamic and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Key Account Manager/Project Manager of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce for long-standing US and Canadian clients.
Prior experience is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate will show an attitude and willingness to learn, take on new challenges and envision a long-term career path with the company. The ideal candidate is willing to work in a cross-functional role handling multiple responsibilities and working both in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision. He/she is consistent, takes the initiative and follows through to get the job done in a timely fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management and Service. In charge of the client’s success
- Liaise with key clients and internal engineering/marketing teams to ensure that clients’ requirements are met
- Manage multiple digital marketing, web development and e-commerce projects
- Completing projects within expected timeframes and allocated budget
- Constantly seeking to provide an excellent product
- Effectively communicate between the development team, clients and management team to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and provide excellent client satisfaction with results.
- In charge of the project delivery
- Ensure smooth functioning of the eCommerce websites
- Fixing issues on the website/s and web projects
- Monitoring and coordinating the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to project managers
Preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/MIS/Business streams from any government or private university or equivalent professional qualifications
- An MBA would be a plus
- Excellent English verbal, written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, online tools is mandatory
- Ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment.
- Ability to show respect to both team members and clients in a considerate and business-focused manner.
Nice to have:
- Previous retail or corporate client servicing experience
- Digital or social media marketing, web development skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Bigcommerce or WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop or other designing software
- Experience in the North American market will be an asset.

Work arrangement: Full time – Hybrid or Fully WFH (Flexible)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 3.30 PM – 12:30 AM
