We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Sales Manager to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, Colombo’s new Icon, opening in late 2022. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing wholesale/ Tour Operator account-related opportunities with significant revenue potential, focusing on the Leisure Market. You will be expected to develop effective leisure sales plans and actions, whilst up selling each business opportunity to maximise both personal as well as team revenue goals. As the Leisure Sales Manager, you will guarantee that the business is turned over efficiently and in a timely manner in order to promote customer loyalty by providing service excellence throughout each guest experience.

• Do you have prior experience in managing leisure sales in the hospitality industry?
• Do you have Pre-opening experience at a star-class hotel?
• Do you possess strong relationships with the leisure travel operators in Sri Lanka and overseas?
