Manager – AI Solution Development- Group Analytics & AI
The Job
- Grow, Mentor and Lead AI Development, ensuring the team members are aligned on the expected standard of output and ensure the delivery of effective, efficient services.
- Leads and drives the end-to-end solutions, roadmaps for solutions and bring innovative and disruptive solutions to the organization.
- Accountable for the whole lifecycle of AI solution (from plan, architect, build, deploy and maintaining)
- Collaborate with BU heads, Product Owners to discuss/understand their Business Problems and ensure to develop high impact business solutions with BU Heads/Product Owners alignment and ownership/sponsorship, resulting in successful solutions
- Have good understanding of the business’s marketplace dynamics and capability to innovate ideas into AI/ML/software, platform/ solutions
The Person
- MSc/MBA from a Recognized Institution
- BSc in Engineering, IT, Computer Science from a Recognized University
- 6+ years of working experience in a data science position
- Experience in data engineering, probability and statistics, machine learning, experimental design, and optimization
- Strategic thinker, able to work independently and as a team
- Lead with Agile and Results driven leadership skills
- Sound technical knowledge
