Key purpose of the Job

The Manager – Fabric Technology is responsible for leading the RM development technical & quality processes (for example, mill evaluation, technical risk assessments, customer approvals) and bulk deliverables, including supply, trouble shooting, profitability and SRM.Leads the team of fabric technologists for the assigned customer accounts.​

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive fabric technology processes for RM development, including mill evaluation, technical risk assessments, fabric testing, customer approvals, etc.
2. Lead bulk fabric technology processes for the assigned customer accounts, including bulk risk assessments, supply, trouble shooting, etc.
3. Drive functional improvement initiatives, including supply, profitability and SRM
4. Collaborate with internal and external stake holders for achievement of the functional objectives
5. Lead the team of Fabric Technologists
