Manager Finance

We are looking for a Manager Finance to join our Corporate Finance team.

This role includes effective management of the accounting and financial reporting function including all financial and statutory areas such as financial risk mitigation and controls for the company with the objective of meeting business plans and targets protecting the interests of all key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance team and be responsible for the accounting functions for entities within the group. Entities are spread across the globe
• Ensure the day- to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions are done by the team accurately
• Manage account payable and receivable and be responsible for general ledger and bookkeeping
• Manage annual audits, IRD lodgments and liaising with external tax consultants
• Manage compliance for all the overseas entities. (tax, business etc.)
• Manage vendor payments function of the company
• Prepare financial reports and MI reports as required.
• Assist annual budgeting and forecasting in accordance with company finance and performance management related frameworks
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Ensure timelines are met and information is shared as per the deadlines.
• Liaising with the stakeholders

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant or Practicing CIMA or ACCA member
• Graduate in Finance management from a reputed university
• 6 – 7 years of financial experience of which at least two years as an accountant
• 3 – 4 years of audit experience.
• In-depth understanding of interpreting the SLAS, IFRS Accounting standards and tax regulations
• Knowledge and understanding of the latest finance and accounting practices in commercial sector organizations
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Decision making skills
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizing skills
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Week:

• Monday to Friday

Shift:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
