As General Multi-Disciplinary HR Professional you will manage the execution of projects across the portfolio. You will also be responsible for assisting in the establishment of appropriate mechanisms to track and report on program utilization and contribute to value on investment positioning. These responsibilities include some of the following: Post of Senior Manager – HR and Administration – SC Sri Lanka JOB PURPOSE: To deliver high quality, standardized HR interventions across a range of HR activities (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, L & OD, Reward Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations) in order to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support managers in the delivery of key standardized HR activities. Coaching and development of line managers around policies, processes and ways of working. Respond to complex queries from managers and employees referred from elsewhere including Service Hubs. Responsible for handling HR operations tasks of SC Sri Lanka. Responsible for preparing Workday reports and other monthly KPI’s report for SC site on a periodic basis. Facilitate interventions focused on team development for SC Sri Lanka. Work with country HR Operations and reward lead to drive standardization and improvement across and within business within business units in order to standardize, simplify and continuously improve HR service delivery. Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks for SC Sri Lanka. Support managers to create a positive employee environment to enhance employee engagement. As aligned with in country scope and in context of the current employment environment, resolve IR/ER issues and implement strategies to reduce such issues and enhance performance. Employee communication – intervention to keep Employees updated on Business direction and achievement. Responsible for handling recruitment process for all permanent a& temporary employees for SC Sri Lanka. Facilitate hiring and on boarding process for all recruitment for SC Sri Lanka. Administration Scope Handling of temporary/casual employee statutory registration and wages settlement. Overlook Employee over time, Incentive calculation and salary management. Managing site attendance system in coordination with Admin Coordinator cum receptionist. Managing all post-employment settlement criteria. Coordination with relevant stake holders on site insurance settlement procedure. Coordinate employee negotiations & grievances with SLT. Site communication management. Coordinate site security matters with site security and report to the HOD. Administer site welfare processes (eg: cafeteria, meals, uniforms, product samples, janitorial services) LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS Set direction and inspire – Using sound judgement to set a clear and compelling version that shows your people how their work contributes to delivering our strategy and mission. Live our values – Acting as a model, ensuring everything you do is in line with our values, serving patients and consumers EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Should possess a degree or equal from a reputed university. MBA / LLB qualification from a recognized institute will be a definite advantage. Minimum of 10 years of relevant post qualification experience in an MNC/ Blue Chip organization. Exposure to IR and ER management will be a definite advantage. KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Organization behavior, related theories & principles. Knowledge of Labor legislation and their applicability on the job. Knowledge of contemporary people & Organization Development tools & techniques. Why Haleon?
