Manager PR & Communications

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager PR and Communications to join Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio with 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated project value at 1 Billion USD – Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, opening in December 2021. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed Conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

Manager PR and communication will develop PR and communication plans for the cinnamon brand as well as hotels along with media relationship program while managing the PR budget effectively. You will support the development of comprehensive crisis communications to maintain positive reviews and mitigate customer complaints. You will be collaborating with agency and/or relevant third parties in conceptualizing, scheduling, planning and publishing of the Cinnamon Magazine.
