Key purpose of the Job

As Manager – Product Entrepreneur you will be reporting to the Product Innovation Lead of the SBU. You will be responsible for offering customers a unique value proposition via RM innovation, garment dye innovation and embellishment innovation in collaboration with strategic stakeholders while focusing on optimum product cost in line with each customer operating model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaboratively work with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities and provide a complete solution by integrating RM innovation, garment dye innovation, embellishment innovation and garment construction.
2. Collaboratively work with marketing leads to be aware about the customer insights while optimizing profit/ cost minimization of given solution and refine the solution to be commercially viable for product realization.
3. Liaise with technology entrepreneur lead in each SBU to customize solution based on apparel, bra, underwear.
4. Liaise with Design Entrepreneur lead to understand new trends in the market and refine the solution to make the customers delighted and excited.
5. Test and verify prototypes in order to smooth bulk transition.
