Manager – Retail Analytics
As a Retail Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in the development of insights and recommendations that drive growth and efficiency in our retail business. You will work closely with business leaders to identify key trends and opportunities, and to design and implement analytical frameworks that support strategic decision making.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science)
• At least 5 years of experience in retail analytics or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of analysts
• Advanced skills in data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Tableau & Snowflakes)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
