Key purpose of the Job

The Manager – Supply Chain Excellence is responsible for driving implementation of Supply Chain Excellence initiatives for the SBU. This includes rolling out of Group initiatives for SC Excellence in the SBU – KPI enablement, process excellence, outsource process stability, technology enablement, establishing governance, strategic initiatives.  Leads a team of SC Excellence executives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deploy SBU SC Excellence objectives and implementation plans, based on Group objectives, SBU functional KPIs, etc.
2. Drive implementation of identified SBU SC Excellence initiatives / projects.
3. Collaborate with the SBU / Corporate stake holders – internal and external, for achievement of the functional objectives.
4. Lead the SBU SC Excellence team.
