 A Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing
 Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior capacity, managing student enrollment and counselling team in the Higher education sector.
 Provide on-going coaching, monitoring, and motivation to enrollment team to achieve sales targets
 Knowledge of CRM, MS Office package, Virtual meeting packages and Social Media platforms will be a definite advantage.
 Effective presentation and communication skills with good command of English, self-motivated outgoing personality with excellent inter-personal skills. (Sinhala and Tamil would be an advantage)
