Key purpose of the Job

The Development Merchandiser is responsible for execution of the sample development process (sampling / costing) for the assigned styles. This includes timely submission of samples, costing and T&A plans to maximize profitability in close coordination with cross functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan development of the garment sample, based on tech pack specifications, costing expectations, timelines, etc.
2. Coordinate with the internal teams and suppliers for sample development and costing as per customer requirements.
3. Collaborate with the internal teams and customers for sampling / costing approvals, including documentation and hand-over requirements to the Bulk team.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology or any other relevant stream

Experience

• 1 to 3+ years’ experience in Merchandising
