Project Overview:

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to Deploy and scale new employment models for a more agile organization. The Individual would be expected to work along with the SME teams to build a strong community of flexible talent (both internal and external) for a duration of 6 months.

Scope of Work:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business heads to identify identify opportunities in the business where external expertise, experience is required
  • Build & execute an employer brand strategy in the external marketplace via social media and other channels that helps HUL get access to the best Gig Talent in the industry
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle (onboarding – including all induction processes/systems, performance management governance, payments, benefits processing etc)
  • Liase with the external partner to create a strong talent pipeline and own talent sourcing & acquisition
  • Develop a strong pulse of the program via regular connects and feedback
  • Track and report progress of the program regularly to Leadership teams.
  • Program management & governance

Key Skills required:

  • Ability to design and craft Employer brand campaigns, identify channels for external communications
  • In-depth experience in HR operation & Talent Acquisition processes, including but not limited to – induction, onboarding, offboarding, performance management etc.
  • Project Management, Stakeholder management and influencing Skills
  • Strong Sense of ownership and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work in an agile/fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to draw insights through data
  • Passion for high performance

Onsite Requirements/Location: No location requirement. Freelancer can be based anywhere in India.

Availability: Would be ideal if to work within the 10am – 6pm duration, since most business stakeholders are available at this time. However, apart from meetings timings, the freelancer has flexibility to decide their working hours.
