Key purpose of the Job

The Pattern Technologist leads the team of pattern makers and is responsible for pattern creation from development and grading through to bulk production, in line with the customer specifications, technical guidelines and TNA plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for understanding customer specifications and development of patterns in line with the TNA plan.
2. Work with the internal stake holders for providing pattern related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs.
3. Guide the team of Pattern Makers.
