Project Overview:

We are looking for a freelance performance marketing expert to drive usage of the Horlicks Nutrimeter tool and sales for Horlicks Diabetes Plus for a duration of 6 months

Business Context: Many mothers think that providing their child with a tummy full of food is equal to providing them sufficient nutrition. The reality that they are often not aware of this fact that there may be a few nutrients that their kids are not getting in adequate quantities (as per RDAs defined by the Indian Council of Medial Research) which is not ideal for their kids’ growth and development.

We have developed a tool, The Horlicks Nutrimeter, that is designed to help mothers make the right decisions regarding their kids’ diets and nutrition. Since she has the option of adding Horlicks/ Junior Horlicks to her child’s diet to improve nutrition score – this drives relevance for the brand as well. The tool also generates a detailed report for the child that can be used by the parent or pediatrician in identifying and solving for nutrition gaps in the child’s current diet Diabetes nutritional supplement is a fast evolving and fast-growing category in India. Horlicks Diabetes Plus is a nutritional supplement for diabetics and pre- diabetics. The overall category size is around 150 Cr with 2 competitive brands owning almost 90% of the market.

HUL has recently launched Diabetes PLUS, which is a HFD to manage Diabetes.

Expected business Impact:

  • Dispel the myth of diet sufficiency in affluent households, and drive relevance of supplementation.
  • Scale Business to a 15-20 Cr franchise in the next two years.

Scope of Work:

  • The individual will be responsible for allocating budgets between digital mediums, weekly tracking and tweaking the campaign as needed, content and CTA creation
  • Will lead the pieces of work with Mindshare, FB and Google teams directly

Key Skills Required

Working knowledge of performance marketing, prior experience in marketing (communication development).
