PHP Developer

We are looking for an experienced PHP (Laravel developer) to join our dedicated and friendly team. The technology stack is PHP/Laravel, and MySQL. The role requires having a clear understanding of our business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing them on the platform. We’re looking for someone who’s not only a senior-level developer but also someone who can make moves with Laravel. This role includes:

• Working closely with other developers to solve complex problems.
• Continuously improve the system by engaging with the leadership team and contributing new ideas.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Writing “clean” code per company coding standards, in a timely and scalable manner.
• Working in small cross-functional teams to build, ship, and maintain the company’s products.
• Communicating directly with users to gather requirements and feedback.
• ​Code reviews, automated testing, CI.

Requirement

• You have 2-5 years of development experience, with a proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
• High proficiency with server-side languages, with particular expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• You have a high level of expertise with the architecture for web applications and databases, optimizing MySQL, and monitoring their performance.
• You have an eye for quality code, easily identifying code that needs rework.
• You’re a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to the non-technically minded.
