Key purpose of the Job

The Plant Works HR In charge (Operations) is responsible for driving the engagement initiatives for staff & associates’ cadre in the Plant. The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Accenture to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance in the Plant is also critical to the role holder. Furthermore, the role holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety of employees and the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive employee engagement activities for staff & associates in the Plant
  2. Coordinate with Accenture to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of salaries
  3. Responsible for administering other HR activities (for example, supporting employee welfare and benefits administration, etc.) for the staff & associates at the Plant

Education

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Human Resource Management
