Process Associate – Accounts Receivable

Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.

Job responsibilities

• Invoice Preparation based on customer Reconciliation & sharing with customers
• Payment Confirmation to Customer and Shipping Department with breakdown
• Month end reports and pass journal entries
• Email communication with respective parties/follow ups
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with the client and the team departments

Your qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office with knowledge in Excel.
• Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA or CMA
• Excellent communication skills English Language (Both spoken & written)
• Willingness to work on KSA Shift (10.30 am – 7.30 pm) and as per Kingdom of Saudi Arabia calendar.
• Willingness to work from Sunday to Thursday
