Process Associate (Processing)

Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities would include completing the monthly reconciliation process for up to 75 customers. This would include monitoring receipt of monthly information, review and completion of reconciliations, cash checking and credit limit review, identifying and managing reserves, identification of risk, service level assurance, and procedural compliance.

Person Specifications

• Must have good accuracy / administration and numeracy skills, be personable, professional, reliable and confident in their own ability
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar position
• A part qualification in finance or other related discipline
• Experience in working on systems
• Sound knowledge in MS Office
• Experience in BPO industry will be an advantage
