Role Profile
- Define and lead the product vision & strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge and define the product roadmap
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis and validate the product strategy and roadmap to be competitive and market driven.
- Contribute for the product business case and derive pricing strategy and commercial models
- Assist Product Owner by translating the product strategy & roadmap into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional agile teams to execute those requirements on priority basis
- Partner with the marketing team to define product marketing strategy and operationalize product marketing activities to ensure expected return on investment is achieved.
- Provide leadership and direction for the product team by providing technical exposure, consultation, upskilling, and L&D to improve the current knowledge and skills.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business management or equivalent preferred
- Professional qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience building SaaS products preferably in Digital Healthcare industry with minimum 5 years of total industry’ experience
- Experience working with a high-performing team agile team
- Proven track record of converting concept to launch and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
